Services

I provide digital marketing consulting services including Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, search engine optimization, GA4 and GTM implementation, conversion rate optimization, and white label digital marketing for agencies. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. No work commences without a signed scope of work or service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on noahmohamed.com including copy, design, case study data, and blog posts is owned by Noah Mohamed unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content from this site without prior written permission. Work product created for clients as part of a paid engagement becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to ad accounts, analytics properties, and any other platforms required to deliver the agreed scope of work. Delays caused by late access, missing information, or failure to provide approvals may affect timelines. I am not liable for performance issues resulting from factors outside my control including platform algorithm changes, third-party tool failures, or decisions made by the client that conflict with my recommendations.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the scope of work for each engagement. Project-based work typically requires a deposit before work begins with the remainder due upon completion or at agreed milestones. Ongoing retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.

No Guarantees

Digital marketing results depend on a wide range of variables including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and landing page quality, many of which are outside my control. I do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined number of leads, a specific ROAS, or a particular search ranking position. I do commit to transparent reporting, documented recommendations, and a clear explanation of performance at every stage of the engagement.

Confidentiality

Any information shared by a client during an inquiry or engagement, including business data, campaign performance, and strategic plans, is treated as confidential. I do not share client information with third parties without explicit permission. I may reference the type of work completed and general results in case studies or portfolio materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noah Mohamed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any digital marketing services provided. My total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

Third Party Platforms

Services delivered through third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others are subject to those platforms’ own terms of service. I am not responsible for changes to platform policies, account suspensions imposed by those platforms, or any losses resulting from platform-side decisions outside my control.
