Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. The first conversation is free and focused on diagnosing your situation. I ask about your current setup, what is not working, and what you have already tried. By the end you will have a clear picture of where the problem is, regardless of whether we work together.

Do you work with startups or early-stage companies?

Yes, but with a caveat. Early-stage companies get the most value from fixing tracking and building a solid measurement foundation before spending heavily on paid acquisition. If you are pre-revenue or have no existing customer data, I will tell you that upfront rather than taking on work that will not produce meaningful results yet.

How do you report on campaign performance?

Monthly reports tied to the KPIs we agree on before work starts. For paid campaigns that means ROAS, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and spend breakdown. For SEO it means keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and pipeline contribution where trackable. Reports are built in Looker Studio on top of clean GA4 data so the numbers reflect what is actually happening, not platform estimates.

What is the minimum budget to work with you?

For paid media management I typically work with clients spending a minimum of $1,500 per month in ad spend. For project-based work like audits, GA4 setup, or technical SEO there is no minimum spend requirement. If you are unsure whether your budget fits, fill in the form and I will give you a direct answer.

Can you audit my existing campaigns without taking over management?

Yes. Standalone audits are one of the most common starting points. I review your full account, document what is broken, prioritize the issues by revenue impact, and hand you a clear action plan. You can implement it yourself, hand it to your existing team, or use it as the basis for an ongoing engagement. No obligation either way.

Do you sign NDAs or contracts?

Yes. I am happy to sign an NDA before any sensitive information is shared. All engagements are covered by a simple scope of work document that outlines deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Nothing starts without a signed agreement in place.
